The Heritage Foundation is pleased to offer a series of 90-minute, evening seminars that will fill your playbook with proven methods and techniques for building extraordinary teams. 

These are not lectures about leadership doctrine or theory. This is about giving YOU the hands-on skills you need now to unify and accelerate any office or team – skills you will use for your entire career.

Additional Seminar Details

Time Commitment: The program will consist of 6 evening sessions running from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. during August recess and fly-out days in September and October.  There is no mandatory homework; optional readings are available.

Location: All sessions will be held at The Heritage Foundation’s building on the House side of the Hill at 227 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, 20003.

Food: Dinner for the opening session, and light refreshments for the remaining sessions.

Application Process: To apply, please complete the application on this page.  You must commit to attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions in order to participate and receive a certificate of completion.  Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28th with final notification of selection for the program sent by Thursday, August 3rd.  Space is limited to 25 participants.
